Have you ever watched someone practice and been in awe of HOW they move? An integral part of the vinyasa practice is to honor the space in between the poses so that we create a rhythmic, beautiful tapestry of movement throughout. In this classic Kula Flow class, we will focus on techniques to help you distribute and transfer your weight so that you can transition smoothly and gracefully from pose to pose.
