Restorative yoga is a tonic for the nervous system. The inward focus of this nourishing practice allows the body and mind to release deeply help tensions. In this class, you will be led through grounding restorative poses, meditations, and breathing practices, as well as a sweet series of hip-openers to help release the lower back. Come fill the well and replenish your entire being from the inside out. Suitable for everybody.
