It is as easy to run away from Padmasana (Lotus) as it is from suffering. Don't do it! Both are opportunities for growth, both in your personal life and in your practice. Think of this class as a 12 step program, that will slowly and artfully explore what you need in order to access this pose--and variations of it--pain free and with ease. Expect a Kula Flow vinyasa class that deconstructs padmasana and has plenty of focus on the liberation of your feet, knees, and hips.
