Limited Capacity filling up

This class focuses on undoing the four Cs of our culture: computers, cars, chairs, and couches. After a brief talk about the potential havocs of prolonged sitting, we will move through a strong shoulder, hip, and groin flow, and explore deep hip- and chest-openers to realign the spine. The result is an integrative practice that leaves you feeling grounded, with a sense of ease and lightness in the chest and heart. This class is great for yoga teachers who want a better understanding of biomechanics and habitual postural tendencies. Total lecture time: 10 minutes.
