Often knowing where and how to begin is one of the trickiest parts of building a meditation practice. This class will be 20 minutes of teachings on the benefits and techniques used in basic mindfulness meditation and will include a 20 minute guided seated practice. A technique will be offered to help build an on-going personal daily practice. There will be space for Q & A.
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
