I like the way you move! Join Andrea for a dynamic, fun (and challenging!) outdoor practice. We'll warm up with gentle stretching and asana before setting out on our "moving meditation." As a former long distance runner, Andrea will employ a few circuit training drills and run/walk intervals throughout the hike, to get your blood pumping and test your endurance. Andrea will emphasize that all participants "sweat safely"—drinking plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and paying attention to cues from the body to not overextend limitations. The biggest challenge? To honor where you're at that day. We'll finish with a relaxing and regenerative yoga nidra—a guided meditation to re-establish effortless awareness—to restore serenity in both body and mind.
