Enjoy a guided wild foraging hike: a hands-on treasure hunt adventure to learn about Northeastern wild & edible plants. Sarah will teach you how to comfortably identify & harvest a variety of flowers, leaves, berries, nuts, roots, & shoots, while maintaining the diverse forest ecology. This hike will maintain a faster pace than the basics class & will at some points explore off the trail. We will start and end with some minor stretching to become more present in our bodies. Connect with Nature, Taste the wild!
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
