In this class we will move through a yoga flow sequence challenge our core and balance. Touching not only the abdominal muscles but also activating those muscles in our back and hips. The goal is to move energy in this part of our bodies improving our digestive systems and self-esteem while feeling challenged and having fun on the water!

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
