It's time to be kind, rewind, and remind yourself why you first started practicing yoga. This class, geared towards experienced practitioners, will take a back-to-basics approach where we build off of foundational poses transitioning to advanced asanas. Focuses include attention to breathing, proper alignment, and awareness of our surroundings. Class will conclude with an extended savasana where we focus on embracing and loving our inner selves.

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
