Enjoy a guided wild foraging hike with foraging fanatic, Sarah Kelsen; a hands-on adventure to learn about Northeastern wild edible plants. Sarah will teach you how to comfortably identify, & harvest a variety of plants, while maintaining the diverse forest ecology. Connect with Nature, Taste the wild!

Sarah Kelsen is a Principal & Ecological Engineer with LBS Ecological Design. Entertaining her joy for wild foraging, Sarah has recently lead hikes & hands-on workshops for clients such as VDKA 6100, Columbia, & Dewar’s Whisky. Sarah has a passion for experiential education & shares her respect for and knowledge of the natural world through the teachings of traditional ecological knowledge and a lifetime of relationship building with the wild.
