This class will teach you to breathe with intention, move mindfully, and develop awareness of your body, board and the water around you. You will be guided through a powerful and playful vinyasa flow and end class with a relaxing Shavasana on the water.

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
