Brand new to being on board or new to yoga? NO problem! During this class we will go over common questions and concerns over being on board. The class will approach poses slowly and gently so that you can get comfortable moving around on a floating surface. You will be able to ask any questions, try poses, flow through a few series of poses and of course ease your concerns and relax on the water.

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
