Yoga on a stand-up paddle board is incredibly fun and easy to get started on. SUP Yoga Basics begins with a quick 5 minute on-land intro to paddling instruction. We then make our way to the water. We start with simple seated poses on the board slowly working our way into basic standing poses. Toward the end of class we try a few challenging and fun poses and end class with a 10 minute meditation on the boards.

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
