This class is designed to make you sweat it out on a paddle board. After teaching the basics on land we will get everyone on the water. Then we will begin a 40 minute work-out with lunges, crunches, push-up's and more while testing your balance on the board. We then cool down with some light yoga and stretching on the water.

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
