During this class we will start with Sun Salutations and explore the yin and the yang of yoga. Power and Yin are opposites in their approaches, but both serve our bodies in different respects. The power portion of class will focus on bringing heat into the body, and the slower Yin portion will hold long into stretches, activating soft tissues and creating deeper release and longer lasting flexibility.

**Please arrive at the Harbor Meeting Point 15 minutes prior to class start time to catch the shuttle to the Harbor.**
