Expressive writing has been proven to improve happiness, but for Katie Dalebout, it was simply a way to get to know herself without all the masks she wore to the world. Katie didn't know what she was thinking or feeling without writing. Journaling became a tool for deeper clarity, self-awareness, and eventually self-acceptance. Awareness is the first step to change so using journaling for personal growth is transformative. Not a writer? Katie either! No problem, journaling is for everyone. If you can write a text or email you can journal, it's simply writing to our intuition as if we were having a conversation with a friend and in this interactive talk Katie will guide you through how to befriend your inner-self.
