26.2 is a significant number and very inspiring, and I can't wait to tell you why! Let's take it to the roads for a nice 26 minute run. We will end this 2.5-3 ish mile run with a workout that combines strength work and core work, ending with a few of my favorite yoga for runner stretches in total a 45 minute workout. All paces welcome!
