Mindful eating creates more peace and ease around your relationship with food, and it starts with the intentions we set in the kitchen. Join health and wellness author and the CEO of national wellness brand Splendid Spoon, Nicole Centeno, as she guides you through 2 simple recipes that will help your body and mind slow down. Food is a grounding force that can help us become more present to emotions, augment a mindfulness practice and, of course, nourish our dynamic bodies. Nicole's simple recipes and her short and sweet slow-down eating tips will awaken a new appreciation for cooking and mealtimes.
