Triathletes are an interesting breed. Your yoga practice should compliment your training and not deplete you. It should restore your spirit and help your body to recover between training sessions. From weekend warriors to competing athletes, we can use the practice of yoga to reverse damage and keep your body healthy. Bring your running shoes for a light jog and come prepared to flow outside.
