Limited Capacity filling up

Combining mindfulness with your running will make for a much more powerful running experience. Come for a mindful run and learn how NOT to zone out during your workouts for more precision and less injury. This run will be half road and half trail run. Meditation will set the tone for the run and complete the experience.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
