In this series of postures, the focus will be on rebalancing the nervous and lymphatic systems while enjoying the healing nature of the breath. Join this Ford Warriors in Pink class to help raise breast cancer awareness while supporting overall health and wellness with yoga. $10 from each registration will go toward Young Survival Coalition, an organization that aims to support women under 40 who are diagnosed with breast cancer.
