Yoga Nidra is an opportunity to move away from body awareness and body sensation through guided meditation while in Shavasana. When this is done properly and with the right intention, a great amount of healing can take place on the physical and subtle levels. So much of life is dissipation of energy. Yoga Nidra is recharging. When you return to the body, the breath and the world, you will feel re-born. Self Knowledge is knowledge that brings peace to the mind. We all live in this illusion and are so fortunate to have the ego so we can experience everything. When you better understand the nature of reality and what is behind it, this leads to contentment that is ultimately beyond understanding. Please bring an extra layer to class.
