Embodied Wisdom: Transcending Limiting Beliefs

Mastery of the mind begins in the body. Andrea will open the session with a short talk on the myriad ways in which we limit ourselves. By expanding our boundaries and taking bold risks, we can free ourselves from the constraints of the mind and trust that all is coming. To hone the body's intelligence, we'll begin with a short mantra-based meditation seated back-to-back with a partner and then stretch out with some organic, intuitive movement before setting forth on our hike. We'll also pause for a few trust exercises with a partner—and maybe even some partner yoga—before we finish with a special meditation technique that dares us to be vulnerable.
