Breathe. Dawn is upon us and it's time to start your day with intention. We'll be doing extended stretching, paying particular attention to each part of the body. Enhanced focus on our breathing, deep inhales and exhales while we live in the moment. Slowing our practice down, we will hold poses longer to better feel and understand our body. This rejuvenating class will build strength with your mind, body and energy.

Leave the comfort of your mat on shore and step into the beauty of a floating studio. This class is designed to introduce students to the unique practice of SUP Yoga. We will take time to become acquainted with the board by learning how to align your body to evenly distribute weight and create balance. The floating studio provides the perfect setting to let go of the monkey mind and be fully present in the moment. (If you are not fully present, you are in the water.) After a short meditation and gentle stretching we will heat things up with sun salutations and a progressive practice where you can challenge yourself and redefine body awareness on an unstable foundation. There will be plenty of play time to test out your favorite poses on the water. Be prepared to laugh, have fun and test the waters!

Stand Up Paddleboards are a happy marriage to Yoga's quest for balance. Join me on a journey that feels just like stepping onto your yoga mat again for the first time and like your first time let's flow through the basics of a pose by pose class of key techniques on the water. It is 100% possible to do the entire practice without even standing up. It is also possible to completely let go and have a ton of fun with an option falling into the gentle embrace of a watery hug.

Stratton Mountain Bike Tour for Beginners [+$42]

Our tour will begin at the South Londonderry Depot. The Depot was constructed in the 1870's and was the endpoint of the West River Railroad. After a brief pedal on a dirt road, we will begin on the West River Trail. Once we are on the trail we'll have two options; one option is to take the high road, the former site of the railroad, the trail is smoother and the gradient is the same for most of the ride to the Winhall Campground. The other option is to take the slightly more technical lower trail, which hugs the banks of the West River. The lower trail will offer a more challenging ride to the campground with roots, rocks, and potential mud puddles.

We will make our way through the campground via paved roads and then continue on the West River Trail. The trail will have some ups and downs but will remain wide and relatively smooth. After roughly one mile, we will have the option to ride out to an overlook and turn back or continue toward Angel Falls. Continuing past the overlook the trail becomes more technical and more strenuous. There is a steep climb followed by a technical descent and then a series of ups and downs to "Angel Falls".

*All tours will be an "out and back", groups will meet the shuttle at the Winhall Campground. If time allows we will have the option for a quick swim in the West River before returning to Stratton.

*Helmets and bikes will be provided. Gloves and eye protection are not required, but are recommended.

Amplify your fitness to the next level and leave your comfort zone behind. Challenge your foundation, balance, power and endurance with the instability of the paddleboard and unpredictability of the water in this unique class. This all-inclusive, high intensity interval training (HIIT) session will combine cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance into a fun total body workout. We will blend isometric and plyometric exercises like planks, push ups, burpees, lunges, squats, water-climbers and on-board sprints to get the blood pumping. A SUP Yoga cool down will stretch it out and bring you into a state of total bliss before settling down for a sweet sunny savasana. Leave your ego on shore and be prepared to get wet.

Our tour will begin at the South Londonderry Depot. The Depot was constructed in the 1870's and was the endpoint of the West River Railroad. After a brief pedal on a dirt road, we will begin on the West River Trail. Once we are on the trail take the slightly more technical lower trail, which hugs the banks of the West River. The lower trail will offer a more challenging ride to the campground with roots, rocks, and potential mud puddles.

We will make our way through the campground via paved roads and then continue on the West River Trail. The trail will have some ups and downs but will remain wide and relatively smooth. After roughly one mile, we will have the option to ride out to an overlook and turn back or continue toward Angel Falls. Continuing past the overlook the trail becomes more technical and more strenuous. There is a steep climb followed by a technical descent and then a series of ups and downs to "Angel Falls".

*All tours will be an "out and back", groups will meet the shuttle at the Winhall Campground. If time allows we will have the option for a quick swim in the West River before returning to Stratton.

*Helmets and bikes will be provided. Gloves and eye protection are not required, but are recommended.

Yoga on a stand-up paddle board is incredibly fun and easy to get started on. SUP Yoga Basics begins with a quick 5 minute on-land intro to paddling instruction. We then make our way to the water. We start with simple seated poses on the board slowly working our way into basic standing poses. Toward the end of class we try a few challenging and fun poses and end class with a 10 minute meditation on the boards.

See the world from a different view. Above the water. Below the mountains. This friendly, all ability level stand up paddleboard adventure will take us out on the water. We will learn how to stand up paddle together. Explore as a group. Take in the world around us. By stopping. Flowing through some beginner SUP Yoga poses. Mindfully connecting. Returning back to the beach. Recharged. Refreshed. All of the basics of stand up paddling will be covered. A brief on land tutorial will educate us on how to move peacefully through the waters. Leave the comfort of your mat on shore and step into the beauty of a floating studio. This class is designed to introduce students to the unique practice of SUP Yoga. We will take time to become acquainted with the board by learning how to align your body to evenly distribute weight and create balance. The floating studio provides the perfect setting to let go of the monkey mind and be fully present in the moment. (If you are not fully present, you are in the water.) After a short meditation and gentle stretching we will heat things up with sun salutations and a progressive practice where you can challenge yourself and redefine body awareness on an unstable foundation. Our tour will begin at the South Londonderry Depot. The Depot was constructed in the 1870's and was the endpoint of the West River Railroad. After a brief pedal on a dirt road, we will begin on the West River Trail. Once we are on the trail take the slightly more technical lower trail, which hugs the banks of the West River. The lower trail will offer a more challenging ride to the campground with roots, rocks, and potential mud puddles.

We will make our way through the campground via paved roads and then continue on the West River Trail. The trail will have some ups and downs but will remain wide and relatively smooth. After roughly one mile, we will have the option to ride out to an overlook and turn back or continue toward Angel Falls. Continuing past the overlook the trail becomes more technical and more strenuous. There is a steep climb followed by a technical descent and then a series of ups and downs to "Angel Falls".

*All tours will be an "out and back", groups will meet the shuttle at the Winhall Campground. If time allows we will have the option for a quick swim in the West River before returning to Stratton.

*Helmets and bikes will be provided. Gloves and eye protection are not required, but are recommended.

Yoga on a stand-up paddle board is incredibly fun and easy to get started on. SUP Yoga Basics begins with a quick 5 minute on-land intro to paddling instruction. We then make our way to the water. We start with simple seated poses on the board slowly working our way into basic standing poses. Toward the end of class we try a few challenging and fun poses and end class with a 10 minute meditation on the boards.

This is a deeply relaxing and gentle floating Yin yoga practice where you are invited to slow down and create space for stillness. It is a practice designed to ground and balance your energy while connecting you to self, nature and the beautiful waters around you. Experience a sweet release as we get into tightness and tension within the joints and connective tissue. All postures will be lying down, seated or kneeling and will be held for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice is the perfect antidote to stress and a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga, martial arts, cycling and running. We'll get into the ooey gooey tension of the hips, spine and shoulders, allowing you to float into stillness and making for the most delicious savasana you have yet to experience on water.

Our tour will begin at the South Londonderry Depot. The Depot was constructed in the 1870's and was the endpoint of the West River Railroad. After a brief pedal on a dirt road, we will begin on the West River Trail. Once we are on the trail take the slightly more technical lower trail, which hugs the banks of the West River. The lower trail will offer a more challenging ride to the campground with roots, rocks, and potential mud puddles.

We will make our way through the campground via paved roads and then continue on the West River Trail. The trail will have some ups and downs but will remain wide and relatively smooth. After roughly one mile, we will have the option to ride out to an overlook and turn back or continue toward Angel Falls. Continuing past the overlook the trail becomes more technical and more strenuous. There is a steep climb followed by a technical descent and then a series of ups and downs to "Angel Falls".

*All tours will be an "out and back", groups will meet the shuttle at the Winhall Campground. If time allows we will have the option for a quick swim in the West River before returning to Stratton.

*Helmets and bikes will be provided. Gloves and eye protection are not required, but are recommended.

Yoga on a stand-up paddle board is incredibly fun and easy to get started on. SUP Yoga Basics begins with a quick 5 minute on-land intro to paddling instruction. We then make our way to the water. We start with simple seated poses on the board slowly working our way into basic standing poses. Toward the end of class we try a few challenging and fun poses and end class with a 10 minute meditation on the boards.

Yoga on a stand-up paddle board is incredibly fun. SUP Yoga Flow begins with a quick 5 minute on-land intro to paddling instruction. We then make our way to the water. Starting with a quick seated warm-up we then move into sun salutations. After we get right into some challenging and fun poses. Toward the end of class there is a 5-10 minute exploratory time allotted to try anything you want on the board. To end class we have a 10 minute meditation on the boards.

Surrender into our practice, letting go of our fears all while floating on the tranquil Hawaiian waters. We soften the mind, body and soul into the world of SUP Yoga. An all level restorative style practice aimed at moving gently, giving back to our bodies while calming the mind. We will hold poses a bit longer, providing the yin to our yang. The boards will be used as our props, helping to deepen the poses allowing the slow movements of the water to provide adjustments. This class will be less about the movements of the asanas and more about the connection with the water we float upon.
